Interior: • Remove sheetrock on north wall of home in master bedroom, bathroom, and adjacent bedroom as needed. • Remove and dispose of all wet molded sheetrock. • Replace all rotted wall studs and window sills. • Install new ½ sheetrock, texture, and paint. Color and texture style determined by homeowner. • Replace all interior doors. • Install sliding closet doors in all rooms. • Install new double sink in kitchen. • Replace sink and tub faucets in guest bathroom. Exterior: • Remove and dispose of existing metal roof • Install new synthetic underlayment, screws, pipe boot, rakes, trims, ridge cap, and metal roof. Color determined by homeowner. • Install new HVAC system. • Install French drain on north side of home. • Install new gutter 5” with down spouts on north and south side of home. • Install new exterior doors. • Replace all windows with new double hung replacement windows. • Power wash all exterior of house and soffit.
