Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Upgrade service panel to 200 amps. Change breakers in service panel. • Install one circuit for freezers located adjacent to shed. • For subpanel on house, supply underground 4 wire feeder from service panel to subpanel. • Provide new circuit for heat pump (not yet installed). • Provide new circuit for heat pump hot water heater (not yet installed). Determine purpose of metal box and wiring under floor of existing propane hot water heater. • Provide new circuit for electric stove (present propane stove will be removed and replaced with new electric stove.) • Replace receptacles in 1st bath, 2nd bath, and at fireplace (none are working) • Kitchen receptacle is heating up. Determine reason for this and provide safe kitchen receptacle. • Check integrity of wiring throughout the house. (Owner reports other receptacles that heat up.) Provide safe wiring.
