Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. PROVIDE EACH MULTIZONE HEAT PUMP WITH A BAS INTEGRATION CONTROLLER FOR COMBATIBILITY WITH INTERFACING WITH CONNECTION TO THE EXISTING BACNET BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEM WITH AVAILABLE READ/WRITE POINTS FROM THE HEAT PUMP CONTROLLER INCLUDING: ON/OFF, SET POINT, ROOM TEMPERATURE, OPERATION MODE, FAN SPEED, LOUVER POSITION, ERROR CODE AND INTERLOCK CONTROL WITH INDOOR UNIT ON/OFF. B. EXTEND EXISTING BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEM TO CONNECT TO NEW HEAT PUMP EQUIPMENT BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEM INTEGRATOR AND PROVIDE NEW READ/WRITE AND BAS GRAPHICS FOR BUILDING AUTOMATION INTEGRATION. C. NEW HEAT PUMP REFRIGERATION SYSTEM WILL BE CONTROLLED BY THE MANUFACTURER PROVIDED CONTROLLER. SCHEDULING, ON/OFF CONTROL AND TEMPERATURE SET POINT CONTROL WILL BE CONTROLLED THROUGH THE BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEM. PROVIDE ADDITIONAL THIRD PARTY TEMPERATURE SENSORS AS REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEM MONITORING FOR EACH ZONE SERVED BY NEW HEAT PUMPS. D. HEAT PUMPS WILL OPERATE TO PROVIDE COOLING ONLY. HEATING AND VENTILATION IS PROVIDED BY THE EXISTING HVAC SYSTEM. LOCK-OUT HEAT PUMP HEATING OPERATION AND PROVIDE A TEMPERATURE SET POINT DEAD BAND BETWEEN HEATING AND COOLING TO PREVENT SIMULTANEOUS HEATING AND COOLING OPERATION OF THE EXISTING HEATING SYSTEM AND NEW HEAT PUMPS.
