Specifications include, but are not limited to: Your proposal should include the following: • The services to be provided by your firm. At a minimum the City is looking for soil testing in the field and strength testing of PCC and HMA in the lab per SUDAS requirements. • Your hourly rates, overtime rates, testing rates including if there are any staff charges per test, and any minimum or maximum charges. • Any specialty testing offered. • Mileage charges including point of origin information, minimum or maximum charges, or fuel charges. • Rates for equipment calibration, inspection and cleaning for the City’s air testing equipment if service is available. • Include information on pickup services and fees if offered for concrete cylinder testing. • Fees for standard proctor testing. • Any other pertinent fees such as billing, overhead charges, staff, or engineer review fees. • Standard response time for requests for field testing.
