Specifications include, but are not limited to: Construction work, in general, consists of remodeling and renovation work for a public swimming pool and other incidental work, related to an outdoor pool at 400 E. Maple Street, consisting of approximately 5,865 square feet, approximately 9 feet in depth, which requires resurfacing, tile and decking work. The selected contractor will need to chipout the existing pool surface and apply commercial cool white mini pebble or comparable materials; install approximately 1,200 square feet of commercial white 1” x 1” non-skid tile to zero entry; install 6” by 6” waterline tile on pool perimeter and zero entry; install 2” x 2” bench trim marker tile 4" wide, and 2" x 2" zero entry to main pool divider tile 4" wide; remove (18) existing deck depth marker tiles and install new non-skid tiles; remove (16) existing no-dive and no-running deck marker tiles and install new; remove and replace all suction frame and grates and install AquaStar VGBA ANSI/APSP/ICC-16 2017 compliant frame and grates; pressure wash natural concrete entire pool deck area, epoxy repair cracks; and apply moisture barrier, base-coat, apply lace texture, paint and seal. Each Contractor is responsible to make on-site inspections of the swimming pool and location in order to verify square footage and the scope and complexity of services requested.
