Specifications include, but are not limited to: This is a contract for Inmate Cable/Satellite Television Services for the Tennessee Department of Correction. This cable service is provided at no cost to the State and is fully funded by inmate subscriptions. The awarded Contractor shall furnish, install, and maintain all equipment necessary to provide a system capable of delivering cable or satellite television services with the required television channels identified for the facility. Contractor shall comply with all requirements set forth in Attachment B including but not limited to the number of drops and channel lineup at each site. The system may be Cable TV, Direct Broadcast Satellite (DBS), CBand Satellite or any combination thereof.
