Louisville Metro Government is accepting bids on 2 separate packages regarding this project. Bidders may submit for each package separately or all together. Metro reserves the right to award bid packages separately or together. Bid Package 1 Litter Basket Frames New Frame: Vendor will be expected to construct frame according to Figure A, deliver, and install containers at an all-exclusive price. Louisville Metro Government reserves the right to accept some minor variances offered by the bidders if determined to be in the best interest of Louisville Metro Government. If an existing frame is at the installation location, it is expected the old one will be removed at no cost. Bid Package 2: Litter Basket Liners Liners: Metro is also searching for liners for the constructed container frames according to Figure B. The liners should be easily removed by collection crews and include the following specifications. • Constructed of recycled black 5/32” thick polyethene • Shall have hand holes on two sides of the liner • Shall have drain holes at the bottom of the liner
