Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide samples of carpet tiles to select type and color throughout 2. Provide vinyl tile sample to select color 3. Determine type of carpet for different areas according to traffic type, traffic frequency and room use 4. Remove all carpet in affected areas and dispose 5. Remove all tile in affected areas and dispose 6. Prepare floor base for new carpet where required to accept new carpet tiles effectively 7. Prepare floor base for new tiles where required to accept new tile effectively 8. Remove cove base throughout and replace with selected color 9. Move any furniture as needed including desks, bookshelves, file cabinets, cubicle areas, appliances, vending machines etc., and reinstall when work in the space is finished 10. Provide and install threshold material where required
