Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Draft Professional Services Agreement details project deliverables and specific tasks. B. Pre-Design Study & Analysis, Design, Bidding, Construction, Commissioning Phases: 1. The Pre-Design Study & Analysis Phase is to assure project can meet as many of the guidelines & goals Dane County has prescribed in the Design Priorities and USGBC design & construction techniques that are practical. LEED and / or Energy Star certification may become a goal of this project. 2. The engineering / architectural design team shall a. Develop Construction Documents for the project, as directed by Dane County. Dane County will review, provide input & make modifications throughout the design process. b. Develop & refine opinions of probable cost. c. Perform construction administration duties throughout the final two Phases of the project. C. The consultant will host meetings, whenever practical, via teleconference or videoconference. Dane County reserves right to mandate safe physical distancing & use of facemasks by all personnel while inside any County facility or on any County grounds.
