Undertake all necessary design, engineering, estimating, review, drawings, specifications, permitting and other elements to install new trails and rehabilitate existing trails at the park with new signs for wayfinding and trail skill level identification. The trail will include some bermed turns, natural skill features and prefab skill features such as rollers and ladders. Trails will also be connected to the Aviation Bikeway. The park will include portable toilets, benches, and trash cans. The successful firm should include specialists in mountain bike course design, trail design and construction expertise. They shall work collaboratively and regularly coordinate with a City representative as well as the Sonoran Desert Mountain Bike group.
