Specifications include, but are not limited to: Services to include: o Telephone and remote diagnostic and repair support, Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 8:00pm EST, exclusive to holidays. o All replacement parts including glassware. Includes standard shipping and handling costs to ship such parts to McNeese. Replacement parts may be new or remanufactured. o Travel time and labor coverage for on-site assistance during Standard Hours. o Same day on-site response during Standard Hours if call is received by Vendor by 2:00pm local time. lf Engineer cannot respond on-site same day for calls received after 2:00pm local time during Standard Hours, such call will be dispatched the following business day. o One (1) Planned Maintenance ("PM") inspection per year of Coverage Period completed on-site during Standard Hours, Preventative Maintenance shall be performed according to manufacturer's recommended schedule. To include checking mechanical and electrical safety, lubrication, functional testing, and adjusting Equipment to Specifications. o All Software updates and enhancements commercially released during the Coverage Period for the Products in addition to all safety and quality updates.
