Specifications include, but are not limited to: These specifications are intended to cover all necessary repairs/maintenance to the street lighting system on I-10 within the City of Kenner from Power Blvd to Duncan Canal, including the lighting system on all entrance and exit ramps and the elevated ramp to and from the Airport Access Road. The repairs and maintenance will include all routine maintenance such as the repairs/replacements of bulbs, photocells, fixtures, hand hole covers, arms, poles, heads, foundations, wire (overhead and underground), quick disconnect fuse holder, fuses and bases. All materials to be supplied by Contractor. These specifications are intended to cover the entire I-10 system in accordance with the original standards of all Federal, State, Parish and City codes and requirements. Poles must have a hurricane rating of 120 mph wind or greater.
