Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Work generally includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following major elements: 1. Demolition of existing building, including below grade structures. 2. Offsite disposal of all removed materials. 3. Clearing and grubbing of site, excavation and associated fill, and provision and installation of erosion controls. 4. Provision and installation of asphalt paving. 5. Provision and installation of concrete footings, foundations, retaining walls, etc. and all associated components. 6. Provision and installation of pre-engineered structure which includes but is not limited to structural wood framing, shingle roofing and associated flashing, and plywood siding. 7. Provision and installation of overhead coiling doors and associated components. 8. Removal and replacement of chain link fence and gates. 9. Removal and replacement and/or provision and installation of new storm drainage systems. 10. Removal and relocation of existing and provision and installation of new light fixtures, extending circuit feed from previous building to new.
