Specifications include, but are not limited to: Reclamation consists of the removal of approximately 3.5 acres of slide material to rock and the installation of ditches to control drainage. construction of debris barrier walls, installation of a type "B" sediment structure, and the installation of surface ditches both ECB and rip rap to convey water in a controlled manner. Previously existing culverts will also require replacement at the access road location and a location at the northern portion of the project. A storage shed will also require removal/replacement. A Reinforced Concrete Wall is proposed, as a slope stabilization feature once the toe of the slope is excavated to make space for a Concrete Trap Ditch. All of the drainage from the site will taken in a northerly direction and day-lighted into a proposed concrete rectangular ditch. Installation of twin 15" HDPE with two manholes along the northside of Joe Hale Lane road to carry the runoff to Walnut Lane. Twin 15" HDPE will be installed to carry runoff beneath Walnut Ln to a receiving ditch. The existing ditch will be cleaned and a concrete tie mat installed with leads the a existing culvert. Waste Area: Waste material will be hauled approximately 8 miles (one way) to Right Fork of Enoch Branch. The 7-acre site was previously disturbed by past coal mining activities. It was most recently the site of an enhancement rule project. It is located in the head of Right Fork Enoch Branch at 3649'33.66"N 8315'59.63"W. Slide material will be uniformly placed over a 5-acre area, with ECB diversion ditches constructed to help establish vegetation. A Class III Ditch will be construction along the perimeter of the site to properly handle surface water. 2-Acre coal refuse hillside will be reseeded to better establish vegetation and protect the constructed Class III Ditch below. No trees greater than 3" diameter at breast height will be cut outside the unstable and transition areas. All disturbed areas will be promptly revegetated at the end of construction using lime, fertilizer, residential or wildlife seed, and mulch, as necessary.
