Specifications include, but are not limited to: UWM is seeking qualified bidders for the removal of existing signs, the refurbishing and prepping of the mounting surfaces, and the production and installation of new exterior signs at our Joseph J. Zilber College of Public Health located at 1240 N 10th St, Milwaukee, WI 53205. The contractor shall furnish all materials, permits, detailed shop drawings, connecting hardware, tools, equipment, labor, shipping, installation, and supervision as required. Any existing signs do not need to be removed by the contactor. Demolition of existing signs, repairs, removal, and electrical work that is required to install the signs will be completed by UWM and is not a part of this contract.
