Specifications include, but are not limited to: All Toilets must be new or new looking condition. Units must be delivered and spotted at various locations on the fairgrounds as designated by KEC personnel. It should be understood that these figures are strictly estimates and that more or less may be ultimately required. The units are to be delivered and spotted no later than August 12th, 2024 by 4:00 PM and are to be removed from the premises on August 28th, 2024 by 4:00 PM. Vendor will be required to service each unit prior to 9:00 am each morning of the Fair and to furnish all toilet tissue and chemicals required during that period at no extra cost to agency. The cost of such materials should be included in the unit rental price quoted. The successful bidder is to respond to special service to these units within two (2) hours after notified by KEC officials. Successful vendor must furnish KEC maintenance department personnel with an after hours and weekend phone number to service these units if needed.
