Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of the work encompasses two wells in the Apple Orchard Community which is located 5 miles south of McGregor, MN. For each well: 1. Remove and replace the existing drop pipe with 2” SCH 80 PVC; 2. Remove, inspect and reinstall the well pump and motor; 3. Test pump for a minimum of two (2) hours; 4. Inspect through CCTV. 5. Perform chemical and bacteriological analyses. 6. Well inspection deliverables include: • Static and pumping water level measurements • Well Drawdown • Pump electrical test results including Meg/Ohms, voltage, amperage, winding resistance, insulation resistance and pump bowl/TDH condition • Production rate of wells • Video from televising each well • Results of water quality analyses • Recommended actions based on the well investigation with a cost estimate
