The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to perform Environmental Documentation, Topographic Survey, Hydraulic Analysis (if needed), all Permits, MOT, Geotechnical Services, Utility Coordination, Road / Bridge Rehabilitation Design and Plan Development, Pavement Design, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering, R/W Staking, if needed) and Construction Phase Services. INDOT will provide Real Estate Acquistion, if needed. The INDOT Project Manager and the Consultant will schedule the Scoping Meeting within two (2) weeks of the Notice of Selection. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date of this RFP item. The contract may utilize the INDOT eInvoice application. INDOT will handle all Railroad Coordination for this project.
