Specifications include, but are not limited to: Salt Lake County, on behalf of the Salt Lake County Library Services, (“County”) is soliciting proposals from qualified catering firms (“Proposer/Caterer”) to be included on an exclusive catering list for events at the Library’s Viridian Event Center (“Viridian”). The location is 8030 South 1825 West in West Jordan. Services primarily include food service ranging from boxed lunches, buffet drop-off, larger buffets, served, plated meals and bartending. Services could also include rental of chairs, tables, linens, or other “themed” fixtures. The County is interested in producing revenue for the facility while providing event patrons with a broad selection of menu options and price points from the pre-approved Caterers. In addition, County needs responsible and responsive Caterers who will satisfy its customers while protecting Salt Lake County resources and assets.
