Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide Current Model Year Ford Law Enforcement Vehicles to the State of Minnesota and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members, on an as needed basis. Subsequent Model Year productions and additional vehicles may be added to the Contract through a fully executed written amendment to the Contract. Brand names or specific manufacturers stated establish a standard only and are not restrictive. The State will consider responses of other makes, models, or brands, which have comparable characteristics of quality, type, and performance. All vehicles offered must be the latest production with new equipment and must include Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) equipment and OEM available options. All equipment purchased under the Contract must meet all current State and federal regulations at time of vehicle production.
