Specifications include, but are not limited to: Renovate existing bathrooms at Daniel McKee Alternative, Smyrna West Alternative, Walter Hill Elementary, and Holloway High. Scope includes Demo of existing fixtures, partitions, ceilings, etc, plumbing re-work as required, new fixtures, partitions, ceilings, and plumbing accessories. Drawings are attached. Painting and epoxy floors are the responsibility of Rutherford County Schools. Daniel McKee • Boy’s restroom currently has 3 toilets, 1 sink, and 1 urinal. All 3 toilets will need to shift to accommodate ADA stall. • Girl’s restroom currently has 3 toilets and 2 sinks. All 3 toilets will need to shift to accommodate ADA stall. Smyrna West • Boy’s restroom currently has 3 toilets, 2 sinks, and 3 urinals. With the ADA stall, we will only have room to put back 2 toilets, both of which will need to be shifted from the current layout. • Girl’s restroom currently has 4 toilets and 2 sinks. With the ADA stall, we will only have room to put back 3 toilets, all of which will need to be shifted from the current layout.
