Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), Division of Aquatic Resources (DAR) requires office facilities at three separate locations around the state. 1. New construction temporary/mobile office workspace 32’ long x 10’ wide office trailer. 2. Shall include at a minimum: a. One centrally located 3ft wide personnel door with window and deadbolt; b. Two 4ft x 3ft double pane windows on the wall opposite the door; c. Four 4ft x 3ft double pane windows on the wall with the door; d. One exterior security light adjacent to personnel door; e. Water and scratch resistant flooring. f. Fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) interior wall paneling. g. 125A electrical capacity with breaker panel; h. Minimum eight overhead recessed LED light fixtures (or equivalent); i. Minimum twelve duplex 110V outlets; j. Data/cable pass through; 5. For the Kona mobile office only: a. Winning Contractor shall work directly with Arizona State University (ASU, as land lessee) staff, project architect, and County of Hawaii Planning Department to ensure that all structural, electrical, and installation components and activities follow applicable permitting procedures. b. Winning contractor shall make every effort to place electrical hookup equipment along the right-hand side of the unit (when looking at the front door from the outside). 6. For the Hilo mobile office only, shall include at a minimum: a. One hollow core steel door with dead bolt lock but no window; b. Four double pane windows along both lengths (32’ sides) of trailer; c. Water and scratch resistant vinyl tile flooring; d. Suspended gypsum board ceiling; e. Aluminum exterior siding; f. All other specifications above
