Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project shall consist of preparing construction contract plans for the site development and building plans for the replacement with two new-style Welcome Centers on the same location and an upgrade to one existing overnight truck parking facility. Building plans will include architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services. The project will be developed in one phase. The consultant will be responsible for survey and geotechnical services. NEPA will be performed by WVDOH. Post Design Services, if required, may be by separate Agreement. Please be advised that this project is on an accelerated schedule and plans will be due by November 24, 2024.
