Contractor to demolish existing exterior walls, existing locker and shower rooms, existing restrooms, and existing second floor offices. Contractor to expand exterior building footprint and install new locker and shower rooms, new restrooms, and new second floor offices and open office area. Contractor to also install new fire suppression systems throughout entire building. Contractor to include all temporary facilities as required to maintain current levels of operations throughout all construction areas and includes but is not limited to temporary restrooms, locker and shower areas, and office spaces. Contractor to remove and replace the roofing materials at both the Headworks and Fleet Maintenance Building as indicated. Two additional roof repairs are included in this project.
