Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall assist in the development and implementation of a division website over a 2-year period. Contractor will work to: 1. Provide Tracking System training to ARPA/FRF project team and DNR management. 2. Increase awareness of the ARPA funds allocation. 3. Provide verbal and written updates to the DNR point of contact identifying completed tasks and projections pursuant to format approved by DNR. 4. Develop the networking required for the website and all PaaS cloud computing platforms. 5. Develop the website required to host the Project Management Application. 6. Program the database into a relational database system based on the ER model we provide. 7. Develop the Project Management System web-based application based on system requirements. 8. Continuous presence and communication with DNR, ARPA and admin leadership. 9. Develop the appropriate systems user manuals, system documentation, passwords, platform specifications, code for all system components. 10. Support your product through the lifetime of the project. Provide system testing before delivery.
