The contractor will provide the City of Shreveport with the necessary labor, equipment, insurance, and supervision to open and close gate at specified locations in the city. 1.1.2 Contractor will unlock gates at 6:00 a.m. or dusk and lock gates no later than 10:00 p.m. daily unless so specified by the city. 1.1.3 On occasions, management may request the opening and closing of location to be delayed or altered for special events. The contractor will be notified of these occasions by the Division Manager or designated representative. 1.1.4 The Contractor is expected to provide a uniformed unarmed security patrol to lock and unlock nine parks and two cemeteries, a combined total of eleven (11) sites daily. 1.1.5 Uniforms: The contractor will provide officers with appropriate uniforms. 1.1.6 Equipment: The contractor will provide officers with a cell phone and vehicle. 1.1.7 License: The awarded company and officers shall possess a valid security license issued from the applicable state regulatory agency.
