Installation technicians will sweep and, if necessary, clean the area to be treated. Technicians will then apply the appropriate treatment to each surface, thus raising the COF of the surface to a level where it will be safe even when wet. The COF will be periodically monitored to ensure the desired COF has been met. After treatment, all materials and equipment will be promptly removed from the job site. The installation crew supervisor will review the maintenance procedures with the EVS supervisor. After treatment, the vendor will periodically telephone or email the Sr. Safety Manager to verify that treatment is still viable. Treatment will be warranted for three years. If the anti-slip treatment fails during the three years, the vendor will retreat to the failed area(s) at no charge.
