Specifications include, but are not limited to: The amount of work required will depend on identified re-marking requirements as determined by the Authority Operations and Field Maintenance Departments. The contractor must be available during the acceptable pavement marking application weather months that occur during the contract period. To minimize costs, the Authority may allow the contractor to store equipment and materials on Authority grounds with prior permission. The Authority may also consider supplying materials for use by the contractor. The quoted proposal should specify the contractor’s preferences related to equipment and materials storage. The Authority will consider the quoted unit prices and the contractor’s preferences and needs related to equipment and material storage on Authority premises when awarding the contract. In any event, an equipment and material storage agreement shall be agreed upon in writing prior to commencement of services under the contract.
