Provide a variety of services as it pertains to redevelopment of the Program of All‐Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) program. PACE promotes quality, comprehensive health services for older adults. The primary care physicians and interdisciplinary team of professionals provide and coordinate all services for the individual, providing a “one‐stop shop” for the individual's needs. Most services are provided in home and at the PACE Center. Bidders shall be required to follow the code of federal regulations (CFR) stated on the 42 CFR 460 Programs of All‐Inclusive Care for The Elderly. Demonstrate experience and capability to follow 42 CFR 460 through Technical Assistance: • Leading development of PACE policies and processes • Leading development of PACE audit tools and readiness review form • Leading development of PACE standardized forms • Assist with conducting statewide needs assessment survey to identify area for future PACE expansion • Potentially assist with developing an RFP for PACE expansion • Conduct program audits of the 3 current PACE organizations
