Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project consists of roadway improvements for beautification, widening and resurfacing of Finnie Flat Road from Highway 260 to Main Street, Main Street from Finnie Flat Road to Turner Street, and Montezuma Castle Highway from Main Street to the Black Bridge. This project will also realign the tri-intersection of Finnie Flat Road, Main Street and Montezuma Castle Highway. Project widening will incorporate a center median, bike lanes, vertical curb and gutter, and concrete sidewalk improvements on each side of the roadway along Finnie Flat Road and Montezuma Castle Highway. Additional work to include installation of storm drain catch basins and culverts. Scope of Work: The design consultant shall lead project development that will provide corridor improvements along Finnie Flat and Montezuma Castle Highway. Stage submittals will consist of Scoping Document, Stage III, IV and Final PS&E. The scope of work shall also include: - Review of available record drawings and field survey to be performed as needed - Production of a Materials Design Report - Perform necessary utility investigations, right-of-way determinations and NEPA documentation to obtain utility, rightof-way and environmental clearances. The consultant shall provide a bid package which includes plans, specifications and estimates for construction. The design consultant shall also provide necessary project management tasks including coordination, meetings, project schedule updates and comment responses. Document retention, project schedule, and risk register updates within the Workfront platform will be required. The scope will include the preparation of construction plans, technical specifications, cost estimates and related construction documents for the Town of Camp Verde improvements.
