Specifications include, but are not limited to: Oklahoma City Community College, hereafter referred to as “OCCC” or the “College,” seeks an experienced and dedicated Contractor(s) to manage and operate campus dining and food services program. The successful Contractor(s) will provide on campus food service to students, faculty, and staff. The successful Contractor(s) shall have opportunities for catering to on and off campus organizations at OCCC campuses, which includes the Main campus, Family & Community Education Center (FACE Center), Capitol Hill Center and Visual and Performing Arts Center. The successful Contractor(s) will have the right of first refusal for all venues with the exception of the Visual and Performing Arts Center. There will also be various events throughout the year for which outside vendors will be permitted with written notice to vendor. Additionally, as part of the campus dining and food service program, OCCC will consider proposals from qualified bidders to service/operate a full Coffee Shop on the first floor of the Main campus, located at 7777 S. May Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK. OCCC is seeking a branded (optional) full-service coffee shop that will offer coffee, tea, hot chocolate, blended ice coffee beverages, espresso beverages, whole bean coffee and related retail items such as snacks, pastries, breakfast items, salads, and sandwiches.
