Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide timely and professional Fire Extinguisher service, Fire Sprinkler System Inspections, Kitchen Hood Inspections, and Water Backflow Inspections in accordance with the requirements and provisions specified herein. The Contractor shall perform: • Annual sprinkler inspections (to the applicable Town Facilities listed below – approximately 15). • Semi-annual inspections to fixed fire suppression systems (kitchen type) to Fire and Rescue Head Quarters, Dispatch, Facilities Management Office, as well as Fire Stations No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7. • Annual inspection of approximately 90 water backflows. • Annual inspection of approximately 500 fire extinguishers. • Annual inspections to the Clean Agent Systems located at Dispatch and Town Hall to be completed in June each year.
