Boat (Line 1 in SWIFT – Internal note: K137); 2.1 New 2023 or newer Lund Crossover Sport or DNR approved comparable. 2.2 Boat Length: appx. 17’ 10”; 2.3 Beam Width: appx. 95”; 2.4 Transom Height: minimum 25”; 2.5 Fuel Tank: 28 gallons; 2.6 Steering: Console; 2.7 Color: Any standard color (bidder state color when bidding); 2.8 Stereo with Bluetooth; 2.9 Dual Windshield; Motor (Line 2 in SWIFT – Internal note: K137); 3.1 Newest model year Mercury 150XL Pro XS 4-stroke or DNR approved comparable. 3.2 Shaft length to match boat. 3.3 Remote Steering (steering must match the boat as per manufacturer recommendations). 3.4 Man Overboard System, including xTag – This is a No Substitution item. 3.5 Motor must meet 3 Star CARB Rating. 3.6 Power Trim and Tilt. 3.7 One standard propeller installed. 3.8 One spare aluminum propeller same dimension as prop above (not installed). Trailer (Line 3 in SWIFT – Internal note: K137) 4.1 New 2023 or newer Galvanized roller trailer sized and adjusted to fit boat and motor in lines 2.1 and 3.1 for this package. 4.2 Trailer must be fully assembled properly sized with adequate GVWR to carry boat (with accessories that may include anchor, trolling motor, batteries, depth finder, plus 400 pounds of gear) and motor with full fuel tank in this package. The contract vendor will be responsible to add these weights together to provide the adequate GVWR. 4.3 To prevent invasive species all material must be of a smooth surface (no marine grade carpet) and should be I-beam or open channel frame. 4.4 Trailer Style: Roller; 4.5 Trailer Guides: None; 4.6 Trailer Tongue: Standard; 4.7 Connector: 7- Spade RV electrical connector (must be hardwired, no adapters allowed). 4.8 Manual Winch: Must include a two-inch wide, 25-foot winch strap and hook, sized appropriately for boat and motor. Electrical winches must have a manual override crank option in case the electric winch fails. 4.9 Coupler: If less than 5,000 GVWR, 2” ball coupler; if more than 5,000 GVWR, Lever type coupler; appropriate coupler required.
