Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish and supply all necessary equipment, material, labor, tools, and supervision to fabricate approximately 135 feet of stainless steel airline including fittings and butterfly valves for the air header of the aeration basin for the Pawleys Island WWTP. This item includes removal of existing header and installation of the new header in its place. It also includes cleanup of the site at completion. All work shall be performed by skilled craftsmen qualified to perform the required work in a manner comparable with the best standards of practice. Continuity of personnel shall be maintained and transfers of key personnel shall be coordinated with the Owner. The Contractor shall provide an English speaking supervisor at the work site during cleaning and application operations. The supervisor shall have the authority to sign change orders, coordinate work and make decisions pertaining to the fulfillment of the contract. The Contractor is responsible for the containment, removal, and disposal of all debris as part of this contract.
