Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Project encompasses maximizing the City’s 2024 overlay program by providing multiple project bid additives. Four schedules are included in this program: Schedule A consists of 16th Avenue South from South 260th Street to approximately South 253rd Place (approximately 2,000 linear feet of planning and overlay). Schedule B consists of Marine View Drive South/South 272nd Street from 16th Avenue South to approximately South 277th Place (approximately 3,200 linear feet of planning and overlay). Schedule C consists of South 281st Street/Redondo Beach Drive South from South 280th Place to South 282nd Street (approximately 1,000 linear feet of planning and overlay). Schedule D consists of 4th Place South from South 216th Place to South 214th Street (approximately 250 linear feet of pavement repair). This Project will include planning and overlaying hot mix asphalt pavement, utility adjustments, new channelization, and pavement repair all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
