On private lots within the City of St. Paul the vendor will be required to perform abatement services, including but not limited to the following: removal and disposal of all scattered trash, cutting and removal of overhanging vegetation, and/or cutting tall grass and weeds as identified as a nuisance by the Department of Safety and Inspections Code Enforcement Division. Overhanging vegetations shall be cleared to a height of seven feet from the public sidewalk and fourteen feet over City alleyways. Sidewalks to be blown clean of grass clippings and trash picked up. Vendor will provide before and after digital-colored photos of each job site, time stamped, in landscape mode. Each job will need to be billed individually for the cost of the abatement to include removal of tires, tree branches, grass clippings and trash. Work is to be completed between the hours of 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. (Business Days) unless written authorization is received from the Department of Safety and Inspections. No work is to be completed on weekends or city holidays unless written authorization is received from the Department of Safety and Inspections Work orders will be completed within 48 business hours of receipt. Extensions granted by OSI Manager for special circumstances only.
