Consultant will prepare a Demand-Side Potential Assessment (DSPA) covering a 22-year period of 2024 to 2045. The DSPA will consider the achievable potential across four areas of work. Deliverables for the DSPA work is broken down into two phases. Proposals have the flexibility to be submitted for specific phases and/or areas of work. EWEB is open to changes that would improve the DSPA work and its accuracy. However, where changes are suggested or occur, the Proposer must note them in their proposal. • Phase 1 o Covers the Conservation Potential Assessment and the Demand Response Potential Assessment. o Draft results should be completed by October 2024. Final deliverables and IRP inputs will have a completion date of December 1, 2024. The timeline for the deliverables for Phase 1 is nonnegotiable. • Phase 2 o Covers the Electrification Potential Assessment and Customer-Owned Solar Photovoltaic Potential Assessment. o Draft Results should be completed by February 2025. Final deliverables and IRP inputs will have a completion date of April 1, 2025.
