Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Minnesota Department of IT Services, on behalf of the Minnesota Department of Public Service (DPS) intends to expand an existing agreement for 2 years/24 mos. with Griffeye, Inc. The renewal will allow for continued, uninterrupted DI Pro software maintenance and support services. DI Pro is used for investigating ICAC-type investigations by law enforcement. Griffeye, Inc is the only authorized provider for the Certified Software DI Pro and reserve all rights, including without limitation license rights for their products and services. No ownership or other rights are transferable, and all trademarks, logos, and services marks (collectively, “Trademarks”) contained in their products are owned and not available through third-party entities. For these reasons, the State of MN believes this to be a single source renewal.
