The General Contractor will coordinate with Willscot / Mobile Mini for a complete installation of (1) modular classroom building at Beatrice Morrow Cannady Elementary School. General Contractor to be responsible for all site preparation and modifications including waterlines, sewer, storm drainage, grading, irrigation, seeding, fencing, electrical and plumbing utilities and low voltage installation. Willscot / Mobile Mini will be contracted separately to deliver and install pre-engineered modular building and associated decking.
