The successful bidder will provide resurfacing of asphalt paving on Foothills Mall Drive, William Blount Drive at US HWY 411, Sequoyah Avenue, Westfield Drive, Clyde Circle, Lenore Lane, Eckles Drive, and Withers Drive and Big Springs Road within the City of Maryville, TN. The project will include asphalt paving, cold planing of existing streets, traffic signal loop repair, temporary pavement markings, and other items as shown in the plans. The project is to be completed within sixty (60) calendar days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run. Please see the Technical Specifications for further scheduling requirements. Liquidated damages for delay of completion of contract will be in accordance with the Agreement (Contract).
