Specifications include, but are not limited to: Installing a new steel roof over the exiting roof on the Youth Building at the Waupaca County Fairgrounds in Weyauwega. The Youth Building is a 70’ x 200’ steel commercial structure with a low slop roof. Contractors are encouraged to visit the site and verify measurements before submitting a proposal. Fluted filler insulation shall be installed to level the deck. New metal roofing must be 26 gauge or thicker. New flashing around exhaust hood vent and plumbing vents must be included. Contractor is responsible for site cleanup and must recycle all recoverable materials and dispose of the rest appropriately. Contractor is responsible for all trims and accessories (ridge cap, rake edge trim, closures, screws, etc.) Warranty of twenty years or greater on all services provided.
