Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide professional Asbestos Project Management & Air Monitoring Services for a period up to two calendar years (730 days) and for a minimum of 10 testing days and a maximum of 75 testing days (based on an 8 hour day). Provide all services in compliance with all applicable laws, codes, regulations, and ordinances and in compliance with the Specifications as used by the Housing Authority of Clackamas County (HACC) (a sample of the specifications is attached and will be made a part of the contract) Asbestos Project Manager shall be on the site of the abatement activity at all times when abatement work is being conducted by the asbestos abatement contractor. Asbestos Project Manager shall coordinate work with the asbestos abatement contractor and HACC. Asbestos Project Manager will be sufficiently available so as to not delay the work of the abatement contractor. At the end of each abatement project the Asbestos Project Manager shall submit: 1. A written statement stating that the contracted asbestos abatement is complete and that the work area is clear and ready for occupancy. 2. The Air Monitoring Test results with interpretation.
