Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to remove dead and hazardous trees at CAL FIRE McCloud Fire Station. B. Contractor shall fall eight (8) marked trees and associated debris. C. Contractor shall clean up and remove one (1) dead tree. D. Stumps shall be left by Contractor for CAL FIRE to dispose of. E. Contractor shall haul loads of brush and logs to Community Services District (CSD) in McCloud for disposal at Contractor’s expense. F. Contractor shall clean up entire work area and return it to its natural state. G. CAL FIRE will provide the removal of any mobile equipment and vehicles to allow Contractor a clear working area. H. CAL FIRE will provide a power and water source, and bathroom services onsite for Contractor personnel use. I. Any damage to State structures or infrastructure created by the Contractor shall be repaired to match existing conditions at the responsibility and expense of the Contractor. J. Start date will be determined after contract execution. All work shall be completed within two (2) weeks from commencement of work, weather permitting. K. Payment to be one (1) time after satisfactory completion of work and the approval of the invoice by the Contract Manager.
