Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Scope Overview: 1.1. The janitorial services provider is expected to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the Fairground premises. 1.2. The services must cover all indoor and outdoor areas, including but not limited to exhibition halls, restrooms, common areas, Livestock barns, and Racing Grandstand. 2. Frequency of services: 2.1. Daily cleaning of all areas will be required before the event opens to the public. 2.2. Continuous monitoring and cleaning of indoor and outdoor areas to ensure a tidy and safe environment for attendees during operating hours. Areas include but are not limited to exhibition halls, restrooms, common areas, livestock barns, and racing grandstands during operating hours. 3. Interior cleaning services: 3.1. Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of all floor surfaces. 3.2. Continuous monitoring, cleaning, and sanitizing restrooms, including replenishing supplies. 3.3. Continuous monitoring and emptying of trash bins, litter picking, and disposal of waste in designated areas. 3.4. Dusting and wiping down surfaces in common areas, and exhibition spaces as needed. 3.5. Window cleaning as needed. 3.6. Specialized cleaning for spills or emergencies as needed.
