This would make the overall dimension of the boat house 38' wide x 40' deep to include underwater truss bracing. 4.2. 8’ head walk, two 12’ wide slips, 4’ wide x40’ long through fingers piers, the actual slip depth is 32', finger piers on the two sides should be 48" and the one between the two boat slips should be 6’ making overall width 38’ and underwater truss bracing. 4.3. 1-1/2” concrete decking or pre-installed 2”x6” composite decking material. 4.4. 12’ eve height. 4.5. Corrugated steel panel walls w/ Galvanized expanded metal vented sides.
