Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work for which bids are asked includes the following: • Removals: excavation common, landscaping, existing asphalt/sidewalk, utilities clearing and grubbing and existing site amenities. • Erosion Control: Erosion mat, turbidity barrier, silt fence maintenance, sediment logs, and stormwater swales. • Site Improvements: Concrete sidewalk improvements, detectable warning fields, thickened edge concrete sidewalk, asphalt parking lot paving, curb and gutter, pavement marking, dense grade base, park benches, picnic tables, bike racks, bollards, ADA playground, park sign, and site signage. • Electrical: Electrical service, site lighting and underground conduit. • Utilities: • New sanitary sewer service and service connection • New water service, salvage and reinstall hydrant, and service connection • New electrical service and connection • Stormwater area, Nyloplast structures and bio-infiltration basins
