Specifications include, but are not limited to: REMOVAL OF EXISTING EQUIPMENT: To properly remove & dispose of one existing Liebert indoor and outdoor equipment and items associated with this equipment. Existing refrigerant (or refrigerant product) shall be removed from existing equipment prior to disposal per EPA guidelines. EQUIPMENT: To furnish and install one (1) new 3 ton outdoor condenser, 3 phase, 208/230 volt American Standard Unit Model 4A7C4036A3000A** (or equal) unit along with one 3 ton American Standard Indoor Air Handler (Model #TEM4B0C37)**. New air handler shall be set on 24” high aluminum stand with stainless steel drain pan and have 5” media HEPA filter. Fabricated sheet metal plenum and reconnection to existing truck line. All supply grilles to be replaced with new aluminum side wall registers with vertical and horizontal deflection. To furnish & install outdoor condensing unit on existing roof curb and secure with stainless steel support brackets & fasteners. Condensing unit shall have factory low ambient controls. ELECTRICAL: All electrical shall be modified/upgraded to accommodate the voltage and amperage of new equipment including new electric disconnect boxes, wire, conduit and fuses. .All electrical shall be performed solely by local or state licensed electricians and shall meet all local state and Federal codes. REFRIGERANT LINES: Supply and route new ACR hard drawn copper lines from the indoor unit to roof-mounted unit and insulate with ¾” rubbertex. Support with cush clamps to unistrut. Nitrogen purge and pressure test to be performed on line set including evacuating system to 400 micros. All control wire shall be routed in ½” conduit above ceiling to outdoor condensing unit. Route condensate drain line to nearest plumbing. Install new commercial condensate pump if necessary. MISCELLANEOUS: Furnish & install new digital wall controller, high limit switch, safety drain pan float and inline condensate switch.
