Specifications include, but are not limited to: Removal of Equipment/ Piping and Associated Equipment: 1. Removal of two (2) – York 220 Ton R134A Water Cooled Chillers. Rotary Screw, High Pressure Design (35) and Low-Pressure Design (300). 2. Removal of all associated piping, hangers, butterfly valves, flow switches, strainers, 3 -way valves, other related valves, meters for chilled water and condenser water. 3. Removal of associated pumps / frame and piping: 8 – PCWP pumps 2 – CWP Condenser pumps New Specified Equipment / Piping / Valves and Associated Equipment: 1. Water-side HVAC Equipment: A. 2 – (220) ton York R-134A water cooled chillers. B. Chillers require factory startup, commissioning, and support. C. Emergency refrigerant leak exhaust systems. D. Start-up / test and balance. E. Revise building controls systems for equipment as described. F. Electrical power wiring and disconnects. G. All condenser water system piping, with welded connections. Refrigeration relief piping system. H. Condensate drain piping system. I. New butterfly valves, 3-way valves, flow switches, strainers, meters for chilled water and condenser water. J. Complete insulation of all associated piping which includes pipe identification labels.
