The respondents will demonstrate their qualifications to conduct accurate survey techniques, methods, and precise processes to measure, flag, record and map the boundaries, features, utilities, and characteristics of a parcel or right-of way as it relates to transportation projects and design. 2. Market Analysis: May include but is not limited to conducting sales tax research, setting up take increment reinvestment areas, collection of existing conditions in relation to current economic trends, projecting revenues and expenditures resulting from specific planning activities, developing financial strategies, and providing analysis related to mobility connected development. 3. Transportation Planning: May include but is not limited to developing transportation plans for transit and active transportation planning, small area plans, specific studies and analysis, corridor plans, conducting alternative analysis, modal hubs, concept development for capital projects, street connectivity plans and concept designs, intersection or site specific alternatives analysis, data collection, prepare and review traffic impact studies, modeling, development and reporting on metrics and program evaluation, complete street plans, public outreach for planning efforts and planning priority areas.
