The services for this project include a pre-design study to determine the needs and requirements. The services for this project may also include design and potentially also construction management. The study will evaluate current and future needs, spacing requirements, development program concept, preliminary cost estimate, and pre-design services for the above-mentioned areas. If included, design services would include architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil engineering, and associated services for full design, specifications, Estimates, and permitting. If included, construction management services would include pre-construction assistance, construction management, construction inspection, specialty inspections, and materials, testing.
